ACE Telemetry Data Coverage
The plot shows coverage of ACE telemetry data received at the science center for the past several days.
- Green indicates received solid state recorder playback data.
- Yellow indicates realtime data received during DSN passes.
- Blue dots indicate date/time of received attitude/orbit solutions.
Generally, we receive one ACE attitude/orbit solution per day from ACE Mission Ops at GSFC.
On days when there is an attitude maneuver we get two attitude/orbit solutions, one before the maneuver, and one after it. This is indicated in the plot by two blue dots close together in time.
The Level 0 data file (and subsequent higher-level data products) for a given day is created when all the playback data for that day has been received AND an attitude/orbit solution for the following day has been received.
